Canary Nungwi Hotel & Spa

This is a very bad restaurant! First, I booked a three-bed room, but there was only a two-bed room when I arrived; second, my reservation was for a terrace, but there was none; third, I didn’t go through the formalities immediately after arriving, and I waited for more than half an hour before the room was assigned, and the room type was inconsistent! This is probably the worst hotel in Sang Island, in fact, it should be called a hostel! It doesn’t match the star rating at all! Finally, the room has a very strong pungent smell! Picture 1 is the one assigned to me; Picture 2 is the one I booked! Strongly bad review! Praise Ctrip for timely handling, check out!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week and honestly it was my best experience. I have visited a lot of hotels in several countries and this restaurant is my favorite. It is a hotel on a human scale whose staff and owner really take care of their customers, whatever the time of day or night. They are always full of attention. There is no security problem, you can leave your belongings without any risk. The food is good, the swimming pool pleasant, and the hotel well located not far from the beach and shops as well as all the restaurants. The wifi is great, the rooms and the entire hotel are remarkably clean. I particularly thank Mr. ALI for welcoming us and taking care to make our stay pleasant, as well as his team MWINYI AND MWANTAMA, EMMACULETA, RAJAB (and his super pancakes), HASSAN, ABDULRAHMAN, and all the others that I did not have quoted. I recommand it !

Das Fühstück und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und toll. DasBet war sehr bequem, nicht zu hart und nicht durchgelegen. Das Einzige was genervt hat war, das der Roomservice öfters Handtücher oder Toillettenpapier vergessen hat und der Hahn der in den frühen Morgenstunden direkt neben uns am krähen war.Aber das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau...alles in allem war es super und wir würden wieder kommen.

Arrivati al Canary Nungwi Hotel alle 23 di sera circa il giorno 29 dicembre 2024 eravamo distrutti dal viaggio ma sicuri che il relax fosse finalmente arrivato, dato che avevamo prenotato la struttura a settembre su eDreams (già pagata per 8 notti). Una volta arrivati alla reception gli facciamo vedere il numero della prenotazione ma ci dicono che risultava inesistente. Chiamiamo il servizio clienti di eDreams che ci dicono che la prenotazione era esistente. EDreams ha provato a chiamarli al telefono che era staccato, ha provato ad inviare delle email ma i receptionist sostenevano che non gli arrivavano. Premettiamo che eDreams ha fornito un supporto impeccabile a nostro vantaggio. Disperati, senza una stanza a Zanzibar a mezzanotte, ci hanno chiesto di venderci la stessa stanza che avevamo già pagato a un prezzo maggiorato di più del 100%! Eravamo due ragazzi sotto i 30 anni da soli a Zanzibar di notte, io piangevo mentre il mio ragazzo cercava una soluzione. Alla fine abbiamo passato la prima notte in un altro hotel lì vicino e poi il giorno dopo EDreams ci ha risistemato in un resort a 5 stelle super rammicarata di ciò che ci era successo. EDreams da questa storia ne ha perso, mentre il Canary si è ritrovato con una stanza già pagata per 8 notti, per lo più libera! La stessa situazione è capitata a un’altra coppia la stessa sera in cui siamo arrivati. Ci siamo confrontati con loro e avevano subito la stesso trattamento.
